Fixed means fixed. Here is the list of things that do not change it — which is more useful than the word on its own.
£90 is what you are quoted and £90 is what you pay. Not a starting price, not a from-price, not subject to survey.
The things that commonly add to a wasp bill elsewhere — height, access, a second nest, a call-out fee — do not add to ours.
| Situation | Extra charge? |
|---|---|
| Nest at roof height | No |
| Nest in a soffit, fascia or eaves | No |
| Nest inside a wall cavity | No |
| Nest in a loft or roof void | No |
| Nest in a garage, shed or outbuilding | No |
| Nest on a balcony | No |
| Nest in a bin store or communal area | No |
| A second nest found on the same visit | No |
| Attendance and inspection | No |
A nest that genuinely cannot be reached safely without specialist access equipment — a tower, a cherry picker — is not something we can do for £90, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We tell you that before we attend, not after. You are not charged for a visit that could not do the job. In practice this is rare in domestic property.
Because the wasp market runs on it. The familiar sequence: a low price on the phone, a technician who arrives and finds the nest is higher than expected, a revised figure, and a customer who agrees because there are wasps going into their roof and it is August.
Nobody negotiates well with wasps coming out of the wall behind them. Which is exactly why the price should be settled before anyone arrives.
£90 fixed cost, guaranteed. See our full wasp nest treatment service and what the guarantee covers.
View Wasp Nest Removal Wealdstone →The £90 is fixed and the treatment is guaranteed. If the nest is still active after treatment has had time to work, we return and re-treat at no further charge.
Domestic wasp nest treatment in this part of London generally runs somewhere between £60 and £150, and the variation is less about the work than about what is quoted versus what is charged.
We are not always the cheapest number on a search results page. We are frequently the cheapest actual bill.
A fixed published price means a tenant's wasp report can be authorised immediately without a quotation stage. In a block, a single visit can cover more than one nest at no extra cost, which matters when soffit nests appear along a run of the same building.
After the work, as normal.
We will tell you if it is honey bees and point you to a beekeeper rather than treating them.
Then it is their decision. We can only treat where we have the occupier's permission.

24–48 hours. Returning foragers during that period are expected and are part of how the treatment works.
No, that is a new job — it is a different nest.
